Kelley and based on the book by Liane Moriarty) premiered on HBO, a Season 2 (2019) wasn’t part of the initial deal when this series first started, but here we are now—hungry and eager to once again dive into the lives of the Monterey Five.

Movie Review: Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again 🎤🎓

Lily James definitely stole the show this time round—seeing that three-quarter of the scenes in the movie were hers.

Prior to Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again (2018, directed by Ol Parker), I’ve never watched any other movies or TV shows that Lily James has starred in. I was really impressed by her performance as young Donna; her singing voice was amazing, and the outfits that she wore in the movie really complemented her character and performance. James had the most scenes and musical numbers, as much of the movie’s plot centred around young Donna’s life and how she came to spend her adulthood at the Kalokairi island.

Love, family, and friendship are three words that I would use to sum up Mamma Mia! (2008, directed by Phyllida Lloyd). It is a thrill to watch original music by Abba being performed by cast members Meryl Streep (Donna Sheridan), Amanda Seyfried (Sophie Sheridan), Christine Baranski (Tanya), Julie Walters (Rosie), Pierce Brosnan (Sam Carmichael), Colin Firth (Harry Bright), Stellan Skarsgård (Bill Andersson) and Dominic Cooper (Sky).
